Thought this was a New Mexican restaurant but turned out to be a wonderful burger spot instead. So glad we decided to try it. The burger was mouthwatering, the fries were homemade and fresh! Reasonable priced as well!

This is a hidden gem. If you happen to be passing through Santa Rosa NM stop here for lunch or early dinner, you won’t be disappointed. The fresh are the bomb, burgers are cooked to order. No fast food chain here. Real food made fresh.

Went to Blue hole to scuba and stopped here after for a burger and WOW! Amazing hatch green chili burger and fries! Then after eating went over to gift shop connected to it and got a bunch of cool gifts! Met the owners and they were extremely nice and pleasant! Highly recommend stopping for souvenirs and or burgers or boba !!

We stopped into La Villa Burgers & Boba for a quick boba break while driving through Santa Rosa. We didn’t try the food this time since not everyone in the family wanted burgers, but the boba was great—flavorful, refreshing, and a fun surprise to find in a small town. The space is clean, bright, and recently opened (less than a year ago), with friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. The menu is super simple—burgers, fries, and one fish option—which keeps things easy if you’re just looking for a solid, no-fuss meal. It’s a casual place that clearly focuses on doing a few things well. It’s also worth noting that the restaurant shares space with the gift shop next door, making it an easy spot to grab a snack or drink while browsing for Route 66 souvenirs. We’ll definitely consider coming back to try the food next time we pass through!

On our cross country road trip, we stopped in on our way to Santa Fe to grab a bite, and we are so glad that we did! The owners are very sweet, genuine people. The fish sandwich was great and the tea was tasty! The gift shop is such a lovely addition to the restaurant, and we were happy to get a few things to remember this place by. They clearly care about their customers, and they even have a world map to pin your hometown! 10/10 would recommend!

Driving through on our way home, we took a chance and Found a Diamond in the rough. This is a Must. Great service, Jaw dropping food, and Very memorable. We will be back in the future. CFA Hot Air Balloon Team.

My brother and I both had the Route 66 burger with cheese and green chile, fries, and a drink, it was outstanding, the place was absolutely spotless, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommended it. We live in Albuquerque but travel through Santa Rosa about once or twice a month, we now have a new, default eating establishment.

Great food gift shop owner cooks comfortable environment AMAZING BUSINESS. The burgers are absolutely amazing. Go to the gift shop and you can buy a variety of local NM magnets, stickers, shirts, body products, hats, outdoor & indoor decorations. Everything is simple and perfect. Not overwhelming at all like some cafe/ gift shops. The owner is awesome and friendly too. Also, meal prices are good.
